Razzoo's Cajun Cafe

4 stars for the Great Food but 1 for the terrible wait staff in this location. The food is good as always, but the wait staff is inattentive and they take forever to do anything. Other locations don’t seem to have that problem. Otherwise the food is great.

Very nice Razoo's. Visited for cousins birthday and their appetizers were good. Our waitress very great too, there was confusion with one of our friends order and she resolved it quick

The food was great but the service could have been better. I spilled my drink on accident and she knew but didn't offer to help me clean it up nor did she offer to fix me another drink.

Crawfish etouffee was amazing. So. Many. Crawfish! Amazing portions per price.

I arrived with low expectations because I thought a place with a flashy sign and an attention-grabbing menu would be compensating for bad food. The waitress recommended the stuffed fish and it was honestly one of the best seafood dishes I have ever had. I commented while I was eating it that there is no way it can be good for you because it tasted so good. The service was good and timely. It feels good to be surprised by good food and customer service every once in a while!

A cozy, casual Cajun eatery serving New Orleans-inspired dishes. My favorite items to order are the Oysters on the Half Shell, Crawfish Etoufee, and the Cajun Fondue! While definitely not the same as the dishes in New Orleans, they hit the spot for my random seafood cravings.

They were packed so the manager took over our table and it was great. Best service I've received.

Good food and service, Mind you some of the food is spicier than the menu lets on or sometimes it doesn't even warn you. But if you love spice it's definitely the place to go. The Gator tail is great as an appetizer. Full bar with some fun New Orleans themed drinks, one comes in a fish bowl.

Interesting place. In my opinion, alligator tastes like pork chop.

All I can say is... wow! This place really knows how to compliment sides to entrees, try not to change your sides from the original because they already have the flavor combinations figured out! The service was great as well and not just for my table but I saw everyone's faces was gleaming with joy from both the service and the great food!

The manager keeps them in are watching us I guess Because were African American Family I felt so uncomfortable. He came to the table and take food off with out ask.the sever was really nice.he been watch the table every since we walk in.its not cool at o will not be coming back. And my food was cold.im to Scared to eat it the problem dropped on the floor all I no.

A casual place to have some good fried food. Similar to other locations, younger crowds are in abundance. Make sure to come with an empty stomach because the portions are BIG!

The location at Firewheel Town Center is not near as good as it used to be. It's gotten a lot more pricey as well. 'The Catch' at Broadway and 30 is much much better with better prices...

Horrible service! Our waitress Alex F was so rude and barely checked on us. The food took a little long, which was worth the wait because it was hot and delicious! We had to ask our waitress for refills. My husband had his credit card on the table waiting to pay so long we finally just got cash to leave so we could go.. and she only got $2 because that was all worth! I have worked in the service industry for a very long tine and I never leave a tip like that!

Food is absolutely to die for. I live the location, drinks, ect. Just not the place to go for budget friendly drinks.

I Love this place. Come here all the time. The food and service is always perfect. Only small gripe is that they changed their menus to the sane old boring menu that everyone else has. We like coming here because they are not like everyone else. That crazy menu was part of the fun. Otherwise, the place is awsome! Ask for Alex.....she's fantastic at her job.

Wonderful place for fresh sea food and great customer care. The waiters and host are amazing everytime I come. The drinks are always on point.

DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION It’s says there open for takeout but when I got there it was a letter stating they’re temporarily closed! While still there I called and a guy answered the phone and said we’re closed very rudely!

last night was the first time we visited this good restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the excellent service, with the exceptional cooking and wine and with the decent charge. We will no doubt visit there in a short time.

Crawfish etouffee is really good.

The waitress was very nice. The food was super and very nicely spiced. The atmosphere was cosier than most.

Horrible service. Asked for fried pickles didnt get it. half our tables food didnt come until the rest finished their food. Zero refills do not come here.been sitting here done with our food for an 1 hour and they still haven't gave our check . Youll probably still see us here if you do decide to come

I am from Baton Rouge and the food here is very plain by my standards. Giving 5 stars because the bar staff is GREAT. They are always on top of their game... always personable... and make the visit enjoyable!

Very nice. We had a nice dinner. Our waitress, Melissa, was very prompt and friendly. Our order was right and tasted GREAT👍

Service was just ok, had 8 in our party and the waiter forgot to place order for 2 of our people. They did comp those 2 meals. I had seafood trio with catfish, fried shrimp and fried crawfish tales. Everything was great except the crawfish tales tasted like dirt. General manager stopped by table to apologize about the 2 missed entrees and was very friendly.

Excellent food! Great waitstaff! Believe it or not the Honeysuckle ribs are my favorite! However, I visited this location recently with my wife and I overheard a manager talking rudely to a server when she was just asking a question. At first I didn’t know she was a manager because she was standing at the bar, assuming she was waiting for a to-go order along with others waiting. But she was a short women on the heavier side with short brownish light hair. Although my service was excellent, I wish I had not seen that.

I attended a Yelp Elite event here, where we sampled a rad assortment of colorful dishes from Razzoo's menu and sipped on smooth cocktails to celebrate Mardi Gras. It took quite a while for my drink to arrive, but since it was so busy, it was understandable. The popcorn shrimp & fried pickles were my favorite, and the Rat Toes (jalapeños stuffed with shrimp & crab) were amazing, but spicy. I'm not normally a fan of peppers, but these were great!I tried a Smashed Blackberry Moonshine Mojito, but sent it back, as it tasted like a flat Sprite. Ordered a Hurricane instead and it was spot on!Thanks to Razzoo's at Firewheel and Yelp for another fabulous Elite event. Made new friends and my belly is full! Two thumbs up!

I like Razzoos, but this location was not good. The green beans were sweet😕. The bacon burger that we ordered well done was not well done. My daughter had to watch us eat and they made the burger 3 times and each time the pink meat and the blood was worst. We eventually got a fish basket instead. The waiter was super nice and friendly. He also told the manager, but the manager didn't come to our table to apologize or anything. I felt that that was very unprofessional. I won't bring my family to this location ever again. I'd rather drive to Irving.

Tonight crawdads small but tender. Make sure you ask your server before you order.My second beer was a little soapy. Better luck next time.

The food wasn't bad or good. Prices are a little high for the quality. The waiter we had was not very helpful and never came to check on us.

Thoroughly underwhelmed, I went to Razzoo's often many years ago and was looking forward to revisiting an old favorite while in the area. The waiter asked everyone at the table for a drink order except me before running off for 10 minutes which really set the tone for our service that night, and the po boy I ordered was completely disappointing. Soggy bread, soggy limp fries, just a sad excuse for an entree I used to love. Another person in my group ordered the same item and didn't have the same issues, so clearly consistentcy of the kitchen is an issue.Next trip I'll likely skip what used to be a must-visit, the rat toes and gumbo were good but don't make up for the poor service and soggy entree.
